Adding a Fence, Deck or Shed?
If you want to add a fence, deck or shed to your property, please see the LES Handbook of Rules (2014), pages 16, 17 & 21.
All applications must be mailed to Guardian Association for approval. Approved applications will be mailed back to the Home Owner.
After that, you'll need to get permits through Painesville Township. You can view the relevant zoning resolution at http://www.painesvilletwp.com/zoning/
